Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled, deveined, tails on or off)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Zest of 1 lime
- Zest of 1 orange
Spice Rub:
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chipotle powder (or ancho chili powder for milder heat)
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne (or to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Season the Shrimp
- Toss shrimp with olive oil, lime/orange zest, and spice rub.
- Let marinate for 10–15 minutes (optional, but worth it).
Preheat the Air Fryer
- Set to 400°F. Let it heat for about 3–5 minutes while you prep.
Air Fry & Spritz
- Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
- Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Spritz lightly with the Chipotle Spritz King mist halfway through cooking, and again right after they’re done for max flavor pop.
Garnish & Serve
- Finish with a final spritz, a squeeze of fresh lime, and sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
- Optional: dust with a little extra tajín for zing.
Serving Ideas:
- Serve over coconut rice or in warm corn tortillas with avocado and shredded cabbage.
- Add mango salsa or grilled pineapple chunks for a tropical twist.
- Drizzle with crema or aioli mixed with a little lime and hot sauce.
