Experimenting

We made it better.

Intrigued by the possibilities of this technique, we decided to experiment with spritzing beyond the smoker. We developed a culinary basting spray and tried it on grilled chicken, fish, and veggies. We spritzed before airfrying, and after. We even gave our salad a spritz. And of course, we tested it on smoked brisket.
