Shipping & Returns

Spritz King offers a limited 30-Day return policy for the following reasons: defective, broken or missing item(s). Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@spritzking.com prior to returning any items and within 30 days of purchase. International items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customer is solely responsible for entering correct shipping address. Please inspect your order upon reception and if your shipment arrives damaged please take a picture and email us. We will verify delivery status with the shipper and file a claim if the product was damaged in shipping. We will replace shipping damaged product. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

** Spritz King offers free ground shipping (UPS or USPS ground) on orders over $30 that ship within the 48 contiguous United States.

There are a few exceptions:

• Special order, oversized, fragile, and heavy items shipping freight
• Items with a shipping surcharge
• Orders under $30 (charged a $5.00 flat rate)
• Orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico
