Spritz King: Original Flavor
Instructions:
Marinate the Tofu
- Press tofu to remove excess water (20 minutes).
- Cut into cubes, toss gently in marinade, and let sit for at least 20 minutes.
- Drain excess marinade, then toss tofu cubes in cornstarch for that crispy shell.
Preheat Air Fryer
- Set to 390°F.
Cook the Tofu
- Arrange tofu cubes in a single layer in the basket (don’t crowd).
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Spritz with your Original Spritz King spritz at the beginning, halfway mark and again at the end.
Air Fry the Veggies
- Toss veggies in oil, salt & pepper. Air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, shaking once.
- Spritz once during cooking for flavor infusion!
Serve It Up
- Plate the tofu and veggies over jasmine rice, quinoa, or noodles.
- Drizzle any extra tahini-lime sauce if you’re feelin’ fancy.
- Top with sesame seeds, chopped scallions, or crushed peanuts.
Pro Tips:
- Craving crunch? Add air-fried cashews or crispy shallots on top.
- Want extra glaze? Reduce your spritz mix in a pan and drizzle like a finishing sauce.
